AppleOne is proud to present:
Looking for a Bilingual Spanish receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for the greeting visitors, managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and assisting with other administrative tasks. Payrate is $21- $22. Hours: Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm).
- Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Warmly greet and direct visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Answer phone calls, take messages, and screen calls as needed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain files, organize records, and prepare reports. (Must be ablet to lift up to 25 pounds)
- Scheduling and Appointments: Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors.
- Security and Access: Maintain center security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
- Inquiries and Information: Respond to inquiries from parents and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Other Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual Spanish (fluent)
* 3+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
- Proficient with Word & Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 25 pds (may need to pull participant files and refile them)
