Job Title: Billing and Contracts Specialist- Financial Customer Service Specialist
Department: Commercial Card Billing
Pay Rate: $19.31
Location: Salt Lake City, UT – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on monitoring and managing an email queue rather than answering calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage email requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Process payments and update the billing system with new contractual terms.
- Maintain and update fee schedules and revenue share agreements.
- Collaborate and partner with various departments to ensure accurate billing.
- Amend contracts as needed (90% of cases require contract amendments).
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of contractual terms and amendments.
- Excellent collaboration and partnership skills.
- Financial experience is required.
- Proficient in data entry.
- Experience in medical billing is beneficial.
- Ability to meet metrics: 95% QA, 95% SLA, and handle approximately 11 cases per day.
