Open position at a leading engineering company seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join the team onsite in our newly opened facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and experience working with ERP systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Process and manage billing transactions accurately and efficiently
-Utilize JD Edwards or other ERP platforms to track and reconcile billing data
-Create and maintain flow charts and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or Smart Sheets
-Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
-Ensure timely invoicing and support month-end close activities

Qualifications:

-Prior experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems
-Proficiency in Excel (including flow chart creation), Google Sheets, and/or Smart Sheets
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Schedule: Flexible hours available:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
