Job Title: BSA/AML Project Manager – Financial Crimes
Location: Saint Louis, MO (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite Required)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead critical BSA/AML remediation initiatives across front-line business groups. This role requires an experienced Project or Program Manager with deep Financial Crimes and Risk Management expertise, especially within the BSA/AML regulatory environment. The consultant will coordinate high-priority, enterprise-level programs while building strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on complex BSA/AML business execution initiatives
  • Lead the execution of large-scale regulatory remediation programs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams, drive strategic solutions, and oversee risk and compliance deliverables
  • Facilitate steering committees and team meetings to support decision-making and program alignment
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver executive-level reporting across business, risk, and corporate functions
  • Leverage tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with APIP is a plus

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, or Implementation
  • Demonstrated success managing large programs or projects in Financial Crimes or Risk domains
  • Hands-on experience with BSA/AML or Sanctions-related project execution
  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Services, Regulatory Risk, or Compliance
  • RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment) experience
  • Familiarity with change management and continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Experience in executive-level reporting and regulatory documentation
  • Knowledge of APIP (Action Plan Implementation Platform) or similar systems
