Core Duties & Scope:

This role oversees the engineering operations of major commercial property, ensuring all building systems-HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety-perform at peak levels. You’ll manage preventative maintenance programs, oversee contractors, monitor energy use, and support compliance with federal, state, and local codes. Success looks like minimal downtime, satisfied tenants, and a facility that operates efficiently and safely day in and day out.

Military Alignment:

Veterans with backgrounds in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Controls, etc. will find strong alignment here. Schedule/Work Modality & Tools:

This is a full-time, on-site role with no travel required, focused on maintaining and improving systems across the property. You’ll use building automation and energy management systems, coordinate with tenants and vendors, and document work performed for transparency and compliance. Attention to detail, safe work habits, and familiarity with tools, meters, and maintenance scheduling software are key.
