We’re looking for a Business Analyst to:

• collaborate with our Regional Finance Team, Field Leadership, and various Product Consultants (Alternative Investments, Banking, Structured Products, etc.) to gather and synthesize recent successes, challenges, and areas of opportunity for monthly / quarterly business reviews
• lead reporting for the Regional team to assess revenue and cost trends, current and future inflows / outflows, and product-specific growth or areas of opportunity
• put on a “consulting hat” to identify opportunities to improve our processes and recommend changes across key business initiatives
• assist with Field communications for various Senior Leadership initiatives by translating their priorities and guiding our Field Leaders towards what’s most relevant for them, their Advisors and Clients
• manage organization around External Recognition Lists (Barron’s, Forbes/SHOOK, Rising Advisors, etc.)
• analyze the region’s P&L and partner with local Admin teams to provide color on their P&L’s performance for their specific branches vs. the region’s P&L as a whole
• support ad-hoc tasks: assist with prospect non-solicit requests, manage Advisor hire/terms tracker, create Wealth X reports, etc.

Detailed salary information:
• Los Angeles: the salary range for this role is $100000 to $130000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
