Are you ready to drive innovation in the EV space? Join us as an Automotive Sales Manager and take ownership of relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. In this role, you’ll champion thermal solutions for cutting-edge technologies—EV batteries, power electronics, ADAS/compute, lighting, and charging systems.
You’ll meet customers in plants and labs, translate their needs into clear proposals, and guide projects from concept to SOP. Collaborate closely with our R&D and manufacturing teams in Asia to deliver world-class cooling solutions, including fans, integrated modules, and system-level designs. If you thrive on hands-on selling, technical engagement, and clear ownership, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Win thermal design-ins with OEMs and Tier-1s across EV programs.
Prospect and qualify new opportunities; build long-term relationships.
Present solutions, manage RFQs/RFIs, and drive design-ins through DV/PV and PPAP.
Coordinate daily with Asia operations on builds, schedules, and escalations.
Track POs, shipments, and resolve issues quickly.
Stay ahead of EV thermal trends and customer roadmaps.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual: English & Mandarin (required).
Experience: 5+ years in automotive B2B sales with OEMs/Tier-1s (EV, thermal, power electronics, or ADAS).
Strong knowledge of automotive development cycles: RFQ/RFI, DV/PV, PPAP/APQP, SOP.
Bachelor’s in ME/EE/IE or Business with technical aptitude.
Comfortable working across time zones with Asia; CRM discipline and forecasting skills.
