We’re a key manufacturer and provider of thermal-solution products—cooling fans, modules, heat sinks—and total thermal system solutions for high-performance applications. We’re looking to expand our reach into server applications and other advanced markets.
Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential customers (especially in the server application space), and supporting the lifecycle of customer engagement. You’ll be the bridge between market needs and our technical/production teams, ensuring sustained growth through long-term, strategic customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new business opportunities within server applications (Cloud Server, Industrial, Telecom or Automotive)
Meet face-to-face with prospective clients and trade show attendees to present our products and services
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers via cold-calling, email, networking, and referrals
Monitor market conditions, customer needs and emerging technologies; tailor our product/service offerings accordingly
Maintain records of all sales activity, prepare reports, and monitor account status
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products/services
Provide technical support to current customers via phone/email as needed
Coordinate with the Production Manager about production issues or problems and relay customer feedback to management
Stay up to date on emerging markets, technologies, business requirements, and customer trends
Assist in developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory (e.g., through cold calling, networking, referrals)
Experience & Skills Required
3+ years of sales or business development experience in thermal solutions or a closely related industry
Proven ability in driving new business, especially in technology or high-performance product markets
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (verbal and written) – required
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently
Experience in server applications (Cloud, Telecom) or similar industries preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Technical aptitude to learn and discuss our products (cooling fans/modules/heat sinks) with customers
Willingness to travel (for meetings and trade shows) as needed
