Monday to Friday – Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
Supplemental Pay:
Direct Hire 90,000K – 100,000K + Bonus opportunities
Bilingual (Chinese/English) is required
Client is in one of the manufacturers of cooling fans, cooling modules, heat sinks, and a key provider of total thermal solution products.
Looking for a Business Development Manager to help us develop new business opportunities by building relationships with potential server application customers. Business Development Manager responsibilities include prospecting, developing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should be able to meet with potential clients and trade show attendees and offer support for the latest products and services. Ultimately, the Business Development Manager should ensure the continued growth of our business by developing long-term sustainable relationships with customers. Sales experience in Cloud Server, Industrial, Telecom or Automotive industries preferred.
Responsibilities
Prospect for new business opportunities
Meet with prospective clients face-to-face in a sales environment to present or provide support for products and services
Build long-term relationships with existing customers through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals
Monitor market conditions and adjust product/service offerings to meet customer needs
Maintain records of all sales activity; prepare reports and monitor the status of accounts
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services
Provide technical support for current customers via phone or email (as needed)
Coordinate with Production Manager regarding production issues/problems
Provide feedback to management on product/service issues/options, etc.
Follow up with Production Manager regarding production issues/problems
Keep abreast of emerging market conditions/technological trends/business requirements/sales opportunities/products/services/marketplaces/customers etc.
Assist in developing new business opportunities within the company’s territory (e.g. cold calling, networking, referral generation)
Experience:
3+ years of sales experience in thermal solutions or related industries
