A leading global law firm, is seeking a Business Office Support to join our team in Austin, TX. This position plays a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations by providing high-quality printing, copying, scanning, mailroom, and hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in copy/print and mailroom functions, a professional demeanor, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
$20.00/hr (Full-Time)
Location: 303 Colorado St, Suite 3000, Austin, TX 78701
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-volume copy, print, and scan equipment
  • Perform mailroom duties including shipping, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
  • Support hospitality functions including setup of food and beverages for meetings and events
  • Cover reception desk as needed during staff breaks
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of convenience copier stations, coffee bars, and kitchen areas
  • Deliver completed print jobs and mail to designated areas
  • Perform light maintenance and support meeting room setups
  • Maintain accurate records for supply inventories and completed work
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal staff including legal secretaries, associates, and partners
  • Perform quality checks, equipment troubleshooting, and minor repairs
  • May include use of FTP, OCR, file formatting, and archiving/scanning responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of related work experience (business center, mailroom, or print services)
  • Prior copy/print and mailroom experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal setting highly preferred
  • Must have a stable work history – no job hoppers
  • Professional appearance required – no visible facial tattoos
  • Business casual dress code: slacks and polo shirt (no tennis shoes)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving processes, copier equipment, and troubleshooting preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance when needed
