SHIFT: Must have full availability to work between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Sunday

POSITION DETAILS:
· Answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries and providing information.
· Providing superior customer service to the citizens of British Columbia.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude.
· A minimum of 6 months of call centre experience.
· Must have high speed ethernet internet connection that match company standards.
· Ability to pass a criminal background check.
· Knowledge of MS Windows and various other computer systems.
