Well-known Tire Manufacturer/Distributor in Costa Mesa is looking for a customer service representative. The position is temporary and paying $22.00. The hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for the tire industry? We’re seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice of our company, handling incoming calls from dealers and sales representatives and providing exceptional support to our valued dealers and sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include: • Processing orders both manually and through our EDI system • Keeping dealers and sales representatives informed on the status of their orders from start to finish • Providing accurate and timely information to resolve customer inquiries and concerns To be successful in this position, you’ll need: • 3+ years of customer service experience • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability • An outgoing and friendly personality • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Experience in the auto or tire industry is a major plus!
