Case Review Specialist – Hybrid (6-Month Temporary)
Locations: Tempe, AZ
Pay: Tempe, AZ $21.46/hr
Start Date: 03/17/2025
Duration: 6 Months (Temporary)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Potential for 5-10 hrs/week OT)
Work Model: Hybrid (1 week in office, 1 week remote)

About the Role
Join a team dedicated to ensuring compliance in elder financial abuse case review. As a Case Review Specialist, you will review reports of suspected financial abuse, assess case details against state requirements, and facilitate proper documentation and reporting. This role does not involve investigations—your focus will be on accuracy, compliance, and clear communication with state agencies.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and review cases in a self-managed queue, ensuring compliance with state reporting guidelines.
  • Proofread and edit case details for accuracy before submission.
  • Make outbound calls to state agencies to provide required verbal statements.
  • Respond to inbound calls from state agencies requesting additional case details.
  • Work in a 100% computer-based environment with changing daily priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Attention to detail with experience in proofreading, editing, or case review.
  • Customer service or operations background preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume workload.
  • Comfortable with 10-20 calls per day and reviewing 25-40 reports daily.
