Position Title: Change Implementation Consultant- Data Modernization
Location: Irving, TX 75039
Pay rate: $48.18/hr
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Change Implementation Consultant to champion change management for a large-scale Data Modernization initiative. This role will drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and cultural adoption of change across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management strategies for data modernization programs.
- Identify and assess change impacts, develop mitigation plans, and embed change into organizational culture.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Prepare executive-level content and deliver communications to senior leadership.
- Support audit readiness and responses, collaborating with 3 Lines of Defense.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint for reporting and collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in change implementation and management.
- Strong leadership in program and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across complex organizations.
- Expertise in executive communication and presentation.
- Familiarity with technology environments, including data platforms and cloud migrations.
- Proficiency with Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Exposure to governance frameworks and audit processes.
