Description
• Client Management: Supporting consultants in managing relationships with institutional clients, including coordinating meetings, responding to inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Report Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials that support the consulting team’s work.
• Administrative Support: Handling general administrative tasks like scheduling, managing email correspondence, and maintaining client databases.
• Business Development Support: Contributing to the firm’s business development efforts by assisting with marketing activities, preparing proposals, and researching potential clients.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all administrative tasks are in compliance with relevant firm rules, regulations and industry standards.
• Gain a deep understanding of the investment methodology employed by our team
• Assist with detailed quantitative and qualitative research on mutual funds, collective investment trusts, separate accounts and other investment types commonly used for retirement investing
• Support the team’s recurring target date, stable value, and money market analysis
• Schedule and participate in interviews with portfolio managers and other key investment team members to gather more information about investment products, write notes on the meetings.
• Assist in producing well-informed evaluations on the attributes of investment managers and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee

• Century City: the salary range for this role is $55000 to $65000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
