Job Summary

Seeking a Client Services Representative to perform complex client support activities including account setup, issue resolution, transaction processing, and loan servicing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and skilled in communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues via phone, email, or in person.

Research and coordinate with departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain client satisfaction through accurate communication and follow-up.

Recommend process improvements and support less experienced team members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably in banking.

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in office software and transaction processing systems.
