We’re seeking a Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to clients utilizing the HireRight system for background checks and screenings. If you’re passionate about client support, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: 1175 John Street, West Henrietta, NY 14586
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST

?? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely and compliant resolution
- Maintain a working knowledge of Paychex products, industry policies, and procedures
- Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with leadership
- Use intermediate-level skills in systems such as HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS
- Accurately document all client interactions
- Mentor and support less experienced team members
- Perform data entry and manage tasks with strong prioritization and organizational skills

? Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- HSDiploma or above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various software systems
