Keck School of Medicines Department of Emergency Medicine of the University of Southern California is looking to recruit a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine (Clinician Educator) to join the department. The candidate for this position should be board-certified or board-eligible in emergency medicine and demonstrate excellence in training and patient care. This position offers a competitive salary, with university benefits and an academic appointment at USCs Keck School of Medicine appropriate to the level of training and experience. The annual base salary range for this position is 100,000-150,000 When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidates work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations. The department promotes further training in Emergency Medicine Divisions to prepare fellows/residents for future endeavors. This position will act as a liaison, working regular shifts in the Emergency Room and bedside teaching.
