Clinical Positions in Cardiology (Central Coast) 2024-2025 University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF09540 The Division of Cardiology in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA is seeking applications for Clinician-Educator positions in the Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the Instructor, Assistant, Associate, or full Professor ranks. Candidates with Non-invasive training and Interventional training are being recruited. These positions involve participating in university-based cardiology practices throughout the Central Coast (Ventura, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, and Paso Robles). Candidates are expected to be board eligible or board certified in Cardiology. Additional training in MR and/or CT imaging is desirable but not essential. The candidate will participate in teaching in addition to full-time clinical activities. An M.D. or D.O. is required. The posted UC salary scales [ https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/compensation/index.html ] set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5. The salary range for this position is $134,700-$820,000. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [ https://ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/_files/apm/apm-670.pdf ], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.
