Seeking a CNC Programmer to join a 50 year old industry leader and family business located in El Monte, California. This role will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing CNC programs. responsibilities:
- Program CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy
- Utilize Fanuc controls for all aspects of CNC programming and machine operation
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies based based on lean manufacturing principles
- Provide training and technical guidance to junior staff members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC programming experience
- Knowledge of Inventor CAM, Fusion 360 and Mastercam
