Seeking a Collections Specialist, to manage customer payments with diligence and professionalism. In this dynamic position, you’ll oversee specific territories, handling tasks such as credit card processing, invoice emailing, UCC termination, and credit reference checks. Additional responsibilities include updating AR aging reports, reviewing credit histories for new projects, setting up accounts and payments, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve account issues. We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Salesforce preferred and accounting software is required. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
