Join our team as a Collections Representative in West Henrietta, NY 14586! This temporary role, offers full-time hours (8 AM – 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday) at $17/hr.
What You’ll Do:
-Conduct soft collections on outstanding receivables while delivering excellent customer service.
-Contact customers via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.
-Maintain customer account records and document collection activities.
-Work closely with credit analysts to resolve payment issues and improve cash flow.
-Ensure a positive customer experience while balancing financial goals.
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or B2B customer service.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with credit and finance teams.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Familiarity with credit analysis is a plus!
