Fortune 500 Banking company is seeking Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to join Commercial/Wholesale Lending team, specifically supporting the Payments team.
This team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions that do not pass through automated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and manually post transactions that fail to process automatically.
- Support the transition from AFS to LoanIQ by assisting with system navigation and data conversion.
- Apply payments accurately, ensuring correct allocation to principal and interest.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain documentation and reporting as needed.
Top Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with LoanIQ and AFS at the user level.
- Strong understanding of financial transactions and payment processing.
- Proficient math skills for manual payment calculations.
- Background in finance or banking operations.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with RDO (Reporting Systems for Web).
- Experience with GSS systems.
