About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our team, with a focus on managing office, medical office, and retail properties in the Los Angeles and Beverly Hills areas. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial property management and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties

Maintain strong tenant relationships and handle tenant communications

Prepare and manage leases and lease renewals

Coordinate and supervise vendors and maintenance personnel

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local building regulations

Prepare and deliver timely management and financial reports

Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management

Experience with medical office buildings is strongly preferred

Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio or Yardi), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of building systems and vendor coordination
