Start working immediately with an amazing company. This position is a full time onsite role. Looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team to assist in the non-profit/housing sector. Ideal candidate will review and approve applicants prior to move in to ensure compliance with program requirements. Must communicate with internal audits and recommend efficiencies. Must also be familiar with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and local housing authority programs. Will be responsible for attending ongoing training.

Excellent communication is a must. Employee will ensure that the proper amount of 60/50% Tax Credit units are on the property.
