We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Composite Associate to join a leading Company located in the Los Alamitos, CA.


Salary: $51,376


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sewing operations within the manufacturing of composite products. This is a stand-alone position, Sewing Machine Operator.
  • Will perform heavy-duty sewing.
  • Will perform normal setups and operation of all equipment and maintain the machine in good working order.
  • Will identify part defects and make proper corrections.
  • Will cut and develop the pattern per the blueprint and production planning specifications.
  • Work with the M.E. to develop new processes for new products.
  • Record all traceability information of material used and log on shop travelers.
  • Responsible for assisting the department in the development of techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput of products and to share job knowledge in the department.
  • Will maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, FOD-free fashion and adhere to all Safety standards

Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have previous manufacturing experience
  • Minimum one (1) year experience with commercial sewing machines (all types).
