WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
COMPRESSION MOLDING OPERATOR, 4/10 SCHEDULED MONDAY-THURSDAY 2nd SHIFT 4:30PM-3:00AM, $22.00-$26.00 PER HOUR plus $1.00 shift differential. DOE.
The compression molding operator is required to set up all required mold tooling and material per work order instructions. Operation of molding presses, tool handling equipment and forklift to perform job duties. Running production orders safely while maintaining quality of molded product. Maintain 5s work before, during and at shift end.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum 2+ year experience in Manufacturing Environment Molding Plastic Powers, reading blue prints is Preferred.
Good basic math skills, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift operation skills. Basic computer experience is required.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the local pay range for this position, which is $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential, depending on experience. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/a quarterly bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 7.5% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs./week * 52wks)) for this position is $43,680 to $59,488. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.
