Immediate need for a consumer relations representative from the tire, automotive, insurance or from a warranty department).

The Consumer Relations Representative resolves consumer complaints and coordinates consumer and dealer interactions through the extensive use of telephone and e-mail. The position is responsible for department reports, technical service training, and works on projects to improve Customer Experience.

Looking for the following:
? Possess strong customer service abilities with excellent verbal, written, and listening communication
skills
? Familiarity with product line is required
? Great interpersonal/customer relations skills
? Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing work environment
? Dependability, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential
? Proficiency at an intermediate level in CRM and Microsoft Office applications – including Salesforce,
Ring Central, SAP, Excel, Outlook, and Word are necessary
? Adherence to company polices and safety guidelines is mandatory

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent, complemented by two or more years of experience in the tire or automotive related
industry, consumer relations, or customer service. Experience in public interaction via telephone, email, and chat is important
