Key Responsibilities:
- Define operational requirements and lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies to meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations.
- Plan and facilitate Lean activities including Kaizen events, Lean training sessions, value stream mapping, standard work implementation, and CI roadmap development.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development across the site, fostering an environment focused on growth, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Communicate and uphold company policies, goals, and strategic vision.
- Champion quality systems, process optimization, and safety initiatives in alignment with Lean principles.
- Lead efforts to improve site metrics across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale (SQDCM).
- Model and coach Lean methodologies, supporting leaders and teams across all functions in Lean adoption and sustainability.
- Collaborate with leadership to set performance expectations and provide regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Develop and manage the annual site CI Roadmap to drive long-term standardization and sustainable improvements.
- Perform data analysis, track KPIs, and generate reports and communications to support transparency and progress.
- Mentor and train team members across various organizational levels on Lean and CI tools and techniques.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience leading Lean implementations and improvement initiatives in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, transportation, and safety programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- This role involves both office and warehouse environments.
- Physical requirements include occasional walking, standing, sitting, climbing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working at variable temperatures and around warehouse equipment.
- May require extended hours based on operational or customer needs.
Pay Range:$108,900.00 – $195,900.00
