Seeking Restaurant Controller!!
Location: Onsite – Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong background in the restaurant industry to oversee and manage all accounting operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on financial leader who can build efficient systems, ensure accurate reporting, and support multi-location operations with actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger

Design and implement accounting systems, controls, and process improvements

Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership

Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements

Coordinate with external tax advisors and audit professionals

Requirements
Recent, direct experience in the restaurant industry required
Proven success implementing accounting and operational processes
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Experience supporting multi-location operations
Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
