We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Copy and print Specialist to provide copy/print and mailroom support in a fast-paced legal office environment. This is a hands-on, non-administrative role that requires strong technical aptitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a professional setting.
Location: 100 S Charles St, 12th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Dress Code: Business Professional (a step up from business casual)
Parking: Not available – public transportation recommended

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume copiers and related equipment; perform binding, finishing, and maintenance
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes; apply postage and distribute items accordingly
- Support conference setups, including basic laptop and AV tech support
- Maintain copier functionality; perform minor repairs and clear paper jams
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive legal documents with accuracy and discretion
- Maintain supply inventories, service logs, and billing logs
- Interact with executive-level legal staff including attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries
- Assist with scanning, file conversion, document formatting, and OCR tasks
- Perform light building support tasks, such as meeting room setup and occasional maintenance
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in work areas

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience (legal setting preferred)
- Strong knowledge of copier/printer technology, shipping/receiving procedures, and basic electronics
- Ability to lift/move packages and manage manual tasks throughout the day
- Must be comfortable with physical job responsibilities and working in a fast-paced office environment
- May require a valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage depending on assignment
