We’re seeking a polished, professional Copy/Print & Office Services Specialist to support a busy legal-environment office. This role is primarily focused on copy/print/scan production, kitchen and pantry upkeep, conference room setups, and mailroom support. Reception coverage is secondary and used mainly to cover breaks and PTO.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: 1900 N Pearl St, Suite 2200, Dallas, TX 75201

?? Key Responsibilities
Copy/Print & Document Services (Primary Function)

  • Operate high-volume duplicating, printing, copying, scanning, and finishing equipment
  • Perform binding, finishing, file conversions, OCR, and document formatting
  • Handle sensitive legal documents with discretion and accuracy
  • Manage electronic files including FTP transfers, file naming, and TOC management
  • Monitor and maintain convenience copiers; clear jams; troubleshoot issues
  • Perform basic copier maintenance and repair; escalate complex issues
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail and overnight packages
  • Apply postage, prepare shipments, and ensure accuracy with packing slips
  • Deliver mail and completed jobs to designated areas
  • Maintain logs, records, and billing information
  • Maintain kitchen, pantry, and coffee bar areas (stocking, light cleaning)
  • Assist with conference room setups and general office support
  • Ensure common areas are tidy, stocked, and presentable
  • Provide backup reception coverage (phones, guests, lobby support)
  • May support file services, housekeeping, or other administrative tasks
  • Support executive-level staff, legal secretaries, partners, and project managers
  • Complete work accurately under tight deadlines

? Job Requirements
Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of related office, copy/print, or mailroom experience required
  • Minimum 2 years in a legal environment strongly preferred
  • Strong copy/print knowledge is mandatory
  • Customer service experience required
