Job Description: Counterparty Risk Regulatory Reporting & Technology Infrastructure Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Counterparty Risk Regulatory Reporting & Technology Infrastructure Specialist. This role focuses on regulatory reporting for counterparty risk while driving enhancements to our overall technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expert-level SQL skills and a robust background in technology infrastructure development, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Counterparty Risk Regulatory Reporting:
Prepare, analyze, and deliver accurate and timely counterparty risk regulatory reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Collaborate with risk management, compliance, and data teams to enhance reporting accuracy and processes.
Technology Infrastructure Development:
Design, develop, and optimize scalable technology infrastructure to support reporting and risk management activities.
Evaluate existing systems, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
Partner with technology teams to integrate new tools and solutions seamlessly.
SQL Expertise and Data Management:
Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, scripts, and databases for efficient data processing.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues promptly.
Provide technical guidance and training to team members on SQL and related tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SQL development with demonstrated expertise in writing and optimizing complex queries.
Proven experience in technology infrastructure design, development, and deployment.
Familiarity with counterparty risk and regulatory reporting frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
