We are seeking an experienced and driven Credit Supervisor to lead a team of A/R Analysts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to mentor and guide a dedicated team, ensuring smooth operations in cash receipts, account reconciliations, and credit management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading teams, solving problems, and supporting the success of the credit function within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of A/R Analysts, helping them achieve both individual and team goals.
Evaluate credit applications and assess the creditworthiness of clients.
Set credit limits in line with company policies and customer profiles.
Monitor existing customer accounts for credit issues and provide proactive solutions.
Ensure the team adheres to company credit policies and procedures.
Oversee the collection of accounts receivable and manage related issues.
Collaborate with auditors, external partners, and the sales team to maintain a balance between sales objectives and credit risk.
Analyze and prepare reports on credit performance, outstanding balances, and bad debts.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage monthly A/R reviews and monthly A/R closing procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a credit function.
Strong understanding of credit applications, financial analysis, and accounts receivable processes.
Proven ability to assess credit risk and manage customer accounts effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across departments to resolve customer issues.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP/CRM systems.
