Our established company is looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to go the extra mile to engage customers. The best customer service representatives are patient, empathetic, and eager to help customers. They are great communicators with active listening skills and proficient with providing accurate information and appropriate solutions. They are skilled problem solvers, who are confident with investigating issues in order to resolve customer complaints. CSR’s must be capable of managing large amounts of incoming calls and email correspondence in a timely manner, keeping records of customer interactions, processing customers orders, and more! In order to be successful in this position, candidates must be able to adapt and respond to different types of characters in order to build sustainable relationships with customer accounts.
