MILITARY VETERANS

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will operate in a day-to-day mode with strong emphasis on servicing customers and assigned territory within the Aerospace Division. The assigned customer accounts may be large in sales volume. You will be the focal point for Customers, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Transportation, Accounting and Credit Department personnel to provide resolution support to both internal and external customers. This is a Hybrid position based out of our Sylmar, CA. facility. You will report to the Business Specialist Supervisor.
 

Key Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for managing the customer process from quotes through order shipment.
  • Responsible for ensuring follow-up and support to customers and their requirements are met.
  •  Ensure responses are made promptly to all requests to minimize delays in processing orders or the customer receiving their materials.
  • Responsible for ensuring you obtain late order information and notify customers of any delays with their orders.
  • Must keep appropriate stakeholders informed about the problems/solutions about the customer and achievement of KPIs
  •  Works with the appropriate stakeholders to conceive and develop solutions to complex administrative problems using accepted techniques and practices.
  • Communicate with a global customer base in positive and difficult situations.
  • Deploy lean principles to achieve continuous improvement.
     

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer support role or similar in a Manufactuing industry
  • US Citizen
  • Strong communication, collaboration and customer support skills 
    Salary Range %65,000-$70,000 plus annual bonus
