Tax Services company is looking to hire (6) Customer Service Representative’s/Account Managers
**Company is looking for individuals who come from a corporate work environment**
**Previous experience working in a tax office or similar is a plus but NOT required**
-Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm/4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
-Assisting with document submissions, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring smooth scheduling and follow-up
-Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Respond promptly to client emails and inquiries
-Guide clients through the process of uploading documents via TaxDome
-Follow up with clients regarding missing information, outstanding documents, and general questions
-Coordinate, book, and reschedule client appointments as needed
-Prepare and send client invoices, accept payments, and upload corresponding receipts
-Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and updates in our system
-Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience
Required Qualifications:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency with email communication and online platforms (experience with TaxDome or similar systems is a plus but NOT required)
-Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processing
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
-Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a client-facing role preferred
