Training
6-8 weeks duration
Hours During Training: 8-5 pm EST Monday-Friday
No time off will be permitted during training
Work Shift (After Training)
5 days per week/8-hour shift/rotating weekly
Ability to work OT as needed
Hours: 8am-9pm EST
Weekends and holidays included (off Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Year Day)
Most common shifts are 12pm-9pm EST
No schedule requests/accommodations can be made
JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements
1 year of customer service experience in call center environment
Candidates with prior healthcare, insurance or experience dealing with the elderly will be prioritized
Proficiency in navigating PC (including MS Office)
Strong oral and written communication skills
HS diploma or GED
Scope of Role
Must be patient and calm
Receiving, investigating, and resolving all customer inquiries timely and accurately
Handling customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone
Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented within compliance and quality guidelines
Educating caller to ensure resolutions are achieved on first contact
Interact through various channels such as chat, phone, and email
Candidates will be required to take and pass various assessments related to policy compliance
