Join our team as a Customer Service Manager where you’ll lead both B2B and B2C operations to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee retail order processing, inventory management, and customer service while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Key responsibilities include managing EDI processes, resolving chargebacks, mentoring teams, and enhancing customer experiences across multiple platforms like Zendesk and social media.
