We are currently working with clients all throughout Orange County who are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for temp-to-hire positions. Candidates should have 1-2 years of prior customer service or call center experience.

In these roles, you’ll handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions, assist with inquiries or concerns, and provide accurate, professional support. Responsibilities may also include order processing, appointment scheduling, data entry, or basic troubleshooting, depending on the client’s needs.

Ideal candidates are dependable, personable, and able to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail are essential.
