Looking for Customer Service Reps

Pay: $20 – $23

Must be at least 20 miles within job site radius

Job Description: Are you someone who enjoys helping others and providing solutions? Do you have excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference? If so, we want you to join our customer service team!

As a Customer Service Rep you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier service, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience. Whether you’re responding to customer queries via phone, email, or live chat, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot customer concerns, offering solutions and alternatives as needed.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible support.
Uphold the company’s values and mission in every customer interaction.
