Join us as a Client Relationship Support Specialist, where you’ll be a trusted partner to Relationship Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction across our business customer portfolios.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and product-related client inquiries
Support a variety of treasury management services, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption
Monitor accounts, resolve overdrafts, confirm fund sources, and troubleshoot client issues.
Partner with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
Conduct proactive outreach and assist with due diligence and risk-related activities
Train clients on tools and services, providing post-implementation support as needed
Identify trends, process gaps, and recommend service improvements
Collaborate across teams to meet deadlines and ensure a seamless client experience
Support new hires and share best practices to strengthen team performance
:
Required:
6+ months of experience supporting business clients, treasury services, or equivalent
Strong communication and client service skills, Understand banking
Ability to manage multiple systems and resolve issues efficiently
Preferred:
Treasury Management product knowledge
Strong phone and email etiquette
Experience mentoring or training others
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
High attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
