Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Manufacturing Industry
Location: Long Beach, CA
Schedule: Full-Time On-Site Monday–Friday

About the Role:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a leading manufacturing company in Long Beach. This is a full-time, on-site position with regular business hours and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:
Process customer orders (order entry)
Handle returns (RMA processing)
Set up and manage vendors
Provide customer support via phone and email
Participate in ongoing product training

Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service or manufacturing preferred
Proficiency with order entry systems and email
