AppleOne is proud to present:
Pay: $18/hr $21.50/hr if hired on
Schedule: 5 days/week, 8-hour shifts between 8am–9pm EST (weekends & holidays included)
Training: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm EST (6–8 weeks)
We are seeking calm, patient, and service-oriented professionals to handle customer inquiries with a focus on first-call resolution and quality.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
-Accurately document all communications within compliance guidelines
-Educate callers to resolve issues on the first contact
-Pass assessments on policy and compliance
Requirements:
-1+ year of call center customer service experience
-Healthcare, insurance, or elderly support experience preferred
-Proficient in MS Office and PC navigation
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-HS diploma or GED
-Must be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
-Technical Requirements:
-Client provides equipment
-Hardwired internet (minimum 5 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload)
