Key Responsibilities:
Handle heavy data entry and process order entries efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service through email and phone communication.
Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) – written and verbal proficiency is a must.
Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution company is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with a flexible schedule as needed.
