Our Gardena-based industrial supply company, specializing in soldering materials for electronics, industrial, and aerospace manufacturers, is expanding our Customer Service team! We are known for exceptional customer support, fast response times, and a collaborative work environment—and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

This full-time, temp-to-hire Customer Service role is perfect for candidates with experience in B2B customer service, industrial distribution, e-commerce support, order processing, and Sage ERP.
Position Details

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gardena, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $24/hr DOE

What You’ll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for customers—phone, email, website, and fax

Process and enter customer orders using Sage

Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to B2B customers

Support internal teams, including office staff and outside sales

Assist with e-commerce order processing and basic accounting tasks (bonus)

Perform general administrative duties to support smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

Sage experience required

Bachelor’s or Associate degree

2+ years of customer service or B2B support experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet daily deadlines

Positive, team-oriented, and eager to grow with a company in an exciting transitional phase

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
