We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Kitchener office. This position is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience, a tech-savvy mindset, and the desire to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
This is a fully on-site position with full-time weekday hours.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured setting and have strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kitchener, ON
Work Environment: Fully On-Site (No Hybrid Options)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: $45,000 – $47,000 annually
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Address billing questions and process returns
- Enter and adjust orders in the system
- Prepare customer quotations
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
- Support order processing and issue resolution throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Work closely with internal departments to meet customer expectations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in customer service (Call Centre, Order Entry, or Data Entry)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High energy and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer aptitude; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset, but not required
- Bilingual candidates (English/French) are considered a strong asset
- Basic understanding of business-to-business transactions is helpful
