AppleOne is proud to present:
Tax Services company is looking to hire (6) Customer Service/Data Entry Representatives (Part Time) with strong data entry skills and the ability to process a high volume of phone and email inquiries daily – no two days are alike.
**Previous experience working in a tax office or similar is a plus NOT required**
Saturday, Sunday & Monday (Jan – April 15, 2026) Seasonal Position – TRAINING BEGINS IN DECEMBER
(3 people) Morning Shift #1 – 8am until approx. 4 pm
(3 people) Evening Shift #2 – 4pm until closing, which could be 11pm – 2am depending on circumstances
Duties Include but not limited to:
-Welcome Clients by greeting them, in person.
-Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
-Prepare source data for computer entry. Verify data by comparing it to the source document.
-Filing, photocopying, scanning, reviewing, transcribing and faxing/emailing
-Assemble tax returns & source documents
-Maintain calendars, set up/edit tax appointments
-Maintain client receivables and collections
-Always maintaining client confidentiality
-Interact closely with clients to assist in the preparation of individual &/or business income tax returns.
Competencies, Skills and Abilities:
-Ability to work in a fast pace, often demanding environment
-Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, Windows
-Ability to multi-task is NECESSARY
-Excellent attendance and punctuality
-Must be a quick learner and independent worker
-Excellent Customer Service skills with an upbeat and positive attitude
-Strong attention to detail, efficient and highly organized
-Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
-Ability to interact with client with tact and courtesy
-Ability to work well under pressure
-Flexibility and availability to work occasional overtime as required
-Adheres to compliance policies
-Strong sense of integrity, initiative and extraordinary teamwork aptitude
