CUSTOMER SUPPORT REP
Location: Torrance 90503 – 100% In-Office
Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $24hr

I have been working with this client for several years and everyone enjoys working there.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emails, phone calls, chats, and social media comments in a courteous and concise manner.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues in fulfillment
  • Reporting issues customers may be experiencing if noticing a trend
  • Being the first point of contact for the company and escalating inquiries to the proper person in a timely manner

Skills:

  • Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating modern software and business systems
  • Ideally recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to gain experience in business operations and support
  • Strong written communication skills for handling phone and email-based customer support
  • Comfortable working on-site in a small, collaborative team environment
