Job Title: Data Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Trumbull, CT 06611 (Onsite; hybrid possible)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Assignment Duration: 10/25/2025 – 10/11/2026
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Experience with data analytics strongly preferred
Strong ability to understand and follow process instructions independently
Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Natural Sciences – Chemistry/Biology or Data Analytics)
Responsibilities
Manage the change control process, including initiation of raw material, perfume, and formulation creations or updates within the internal system
Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of all data entries
Clarify and resolve discrepancies as needed to maintain data integrity
Address and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Support cross-functional teams by maintaining accurate records and following established processes
